New Year’s Resolutions to Get Healthy
Are you still keeping up with your New Year’s resolution? Many of us make grand resolutions to be healthier in any and every means possible.
Well, to help you out with your resolutions to get more healthy and stay in shape, Tanji Patton came by our Design Center a few weeks ago with her personal trainer, Gregg Bell.
Many people know swimming is the best form of physical exercise, but some people don’t think they have enough room for a pool in their backyard… Enter the Fastlane.
What is a Fastlane?
The Fastlane creates a water current to swim against, so you can get more than a few paces in before having to turn around and swim the other direction. You can set it at your own pace and swim for as long as you want without stopping.
In this short video from Goodtaste With Tanji, Gregg tests out the Fastlane we have here at our design center, and gives us some great exercises you can do in a small pool.
