What We Are Doing

At Keith Zars Pools, we are dedicated to the health and safety of our employees, customers, and community. We acknowledge the rapidly changing situation of COVID-19 and its unprecedented impact on our personal and professional lives. We continue to closely monitor developments, mandates from federal, state, and local authorities and implement all required safety protocols as required for an “Exempted” business. Keith Zars Pools will continue to follow the Centers for Disease Controls’ (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on steps to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus including maintaining social distancing.

At this moment, we are still operating and conducting our business in accordance with an Exempted Business as stipulated under the Emergency Order #5 issued on March 23, 2020. Keith Zars Pools has put in place detailed procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 for all active job sites, pool service, and maintenance appointments, as well as, new pool design consultations.

In adherence to social distancing requirements, we will be offering virtual consultations to provide you with a custom pool design plan and 3D rendering of your new pool and outdoor space. Our Design Consultants, 3D artists, and landscape architects are ready to start the process. We have all the tools in place to make your experience with Keith Zars Pools exciting, informative, and safe.

We are also continuing to provide our weekly pool cleaning and maintenance services during normal business hours. We have eliminated the need for you to have physical contact or proximity with our technicians when they come to your home for pool cleaning or service. We appreciate your confidence in using our services and respect your needs for a safe home.
