$1,000 Says You’ll Choose Us*

The “Dare to Compare” Offer is valid from April 30, 2025, to May 31, 2025. This offer is available to all prospective new Customers ONLY with whom Keith Zars Pools (“KZP”) conducts an in-person pool presentation. If the prospective Customer enters into a binding pool contract with a local pool builder to build a pool, they will be eligible for a payment of one thousand dollars ($1000.00) upon meeting the following conditions. To claim the $1000, (1) the pool agreement must be for an inground fiberglass or gunite/shotcrete pool and must be comparable in design, equipment and finishes as presented during KZP pool presentation (2) prospective new Customer must allow KZP an opportunity to discuss the KZP difference with them prior to signing the contract with other pool builder (3) the prospective Customer must email their Designer at KZP the fully executed pool construction agreement from the local pool builder along with a copy of the construction plan for the pool (4) construction of the pool must commence within sixty (60) days of signing the pool agreement (5) a dated photo of the pool excavation with house reference points must be submitted to the KZP Designer as proof of construction initiation within this timeframe. Upon receipt of all of the above information and validation together with necessary customer information, KZP will issue a check to the prospective Customer. KZP reserves the right to modify any aspect of this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
