The Pool Cleaner role is critical to our ongoing excellence in service standards and to providing a quality maintenance and service experience for our customers. The primary function is to maintain a daily service route of customers’ pools, ensuring an attractive, sanitary, and safe swimming experience!

Qualifications:
- A valid Driver’s License is required with a Good Driving Record (3+ years of driving) and must meet the Company’s Fleet Insurability requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers to ensure a high service level and job is completed properly and efficiently.
- Ability to swim in water depths of 3ft. or greater
- Be able to work Monday to Friday w/ Overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; and required to work in adverse weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening & post offer background check.
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Requires good manual dexterity; will be carrying, pushing, standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods
- Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Skills required to perform single, technical tasks with the potential need to increase skill set to meet changing job conditions.
- Willing to travel 75% of your shift
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Training will be provided for all responsibilities.
(Responsibilities listed below include but are not limited to):
- Inspecting and evaluating swimming pool, deck, mechanical equipment to ensure it’s suitable for safe operation, maintained, cleaned and conditioned properly
- Keeping route truck stocked adequately with equipment, supplies, chemicals etc. to complete a daily route.
- Maintaining required maintenance logs, inventory supplies, and equipment cleaning
- Maintaining safe, chemically balanced and sanitized swimming pools and pool equipment (i.e. filter systems, skimmer baskets, etc.)
- Practicing safe driving and work habits that comply with OSHA requirements
- Responding to inquiries from customers and management staff to convey information regarding swimming pool operation and sanitation.
