“We really enjoy our Keith Zars Pool.
It was constructed in four weeks, so we were very happy about that. The job was done with quality craftsman throughout, and they were very helpful when I went into the showroom to pick out tile to match existing masonry work we had at the house and also with helping us with the color of the pool… We live on the Guadalupe River and I wanted the pool to be that Guadalupe green color, so I was very happy about that.
I was also delighted with the design services that our salesperson gave to us. He came out one time and within the week he had a design that I approved and liked, and he had the three references I requested.
We went on and added the hot tub as well, and we’ve really enjoyed that. We have two dogs that enjoy swimming in the pool, so we did a swim deck.
Terry was our superintendent… he was fabulous. If I had any questions, he was available on the phone constantly. If I wanted him to come to the house and see something I had a concern about, he was out here within a couple of hours, whenever it suited my schedule.
We did not have natural gas piped to the house, so we were required to put in a butane heater, which Keith Zars took care of.
Everything went seamlessly, and we’ve enjoyed our pool.”
“We had a really great experience with Keith Zars. We had done a lot of research before we came to visit with the consultant, so we had a lot of ideas of what we wanted.
We wanted a shallow end, we wanted a fountain, we wanted the grotto, and he came out and he measured, looked around and looked at our space. I really liked how he incorporated it into our backyard. He found a good placement where it looks really pretty because we were wanting something really beautiful to enjoy while we were out here. I feel like he really worked with our space well and our ideas, and just worked it out even more beautiful than we had imagined.”
