With the way the weather treats us here in San Antonio, there is no telling how the weather will be come Thanksgiving Day.
If we’re lucky enough to have gorgeous weather though, you may want to spend some time outdoors with the family, and the best way to do that is by firing up your grill and grilling (some) of your Thanksgiving dinner.
We rummaged through the Internet for some great Thanksgiving grilling recipes, and we found a few to share with you. We have not tested these particular recipes yet, but we hope you will – and let us know how they turn out!

Grilled Bread Pudding
This grilled bread pudding is sure to delight everyone with a sweet tooth, and it’s super simple to make!
Whisk 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. Add 4 cups bread cubes and 1 cup berries; soak 30 minutes. Butter a sheet of nonstick foil and add the bread mixture; form a packet. Grill over indirect heat, turning a few times, 35 minutes. (Recipe from FoodNetwork.com)
