HydroBlast
Keith Zars Pools can remove plaster from your pool much faster than ever before with our HydroBlast plaster removal machine. Hydroblasting is a powerful, eco-friendly cleaning method that uses ultra–high-pressure water—up to 40,000 PSI—to remove the existing plaster surface providing an ideal prepared surface and delivering a longer lasting, trouble free, re- plastered surface then more traditional replastering methods used by other pool remodelers.
AquaBlast
Keith Zars Pools uses commercial-grade tile cleaning equipment designed to revitalize your pool tile and surrounding pool areas and undo the damage caused by South Central Texas’ hard, calcium-rich water. Our system operates at a gentle 40 psi, safely cleaning tile and the surrounding pool area and bringing it back to like-new condition without harsh pressure or chemicals. Keith Zars Pools uses a mineral known as Kieserite—a premium soft-abrasive blasting media imported from Germany. This water-soluble formula has a neutral pH, making it ideal for pool tile, coping and deck restoration. It’s completely environmentally safe and won’t damage your landscaping.
Helical Piers
Helical Piers are deep foundation supports—similar to a large corkscrew—that are mechanically inserted into the ground under the pool to provide additional support for your pool in unstable soil conditions. They’re especially effective in areas with weak, shifting or expanding soils and can be installed with minimal disruption, even in tighter spaces. By transferring the pool’s load to stronger ground, helical piers add extra stability and help reduce potential movement over time.
Soil Stabilization
Keith Zars Pools now offers a soil-stabilization product that helps mitigate shrink/swell issues in areas prone to clay-rich soil conditions that maybe encountered during pool construction. Our product is an eco-friendly liquid chemical that is injected into the surrounding ground around the pool and deck to help control soil expansion and contraction caused by moisture imbalances. The product works by balancing clay’s electrical charges to release trapped water, allowing the soil to compact into a stronger, more stable base for the construction of the pool and decking. We use a patented, eco-friendly injection formula, that meets EPA drinking water standards when diluted.
