Coverage

  • Up to three annual preventive maintenance check-ups

Convenience

  • Included free for the first year on every new build
  • Annual renewal with no long-term commitment

Each visit includes

  • Cleaning pre-filters and pump baskets
  • Backwashing the filter
  • Testing pool chemistry
  • Checking heater operation
  • Performing a full visual inspection of the pool and equipment
  • Optional chemical delivery (within the service area)

First year free. Flexible after that.

All newly constructed residential pools include the first year of LSPP coverage at no additional charge, starting from the plaster date. After that, you choose:

  • No obligation to renew after the first year
  • Cancel any time during a renewal term — prorated refund
  • Transferable to a new homeowner for a $500 transfer fee
