Each of our superintendents is assigned to a geographical area in the Greater San Antonio area and South-Central Texas region.

Each of our project superintendents is assigned to a defined segment in the Greater San Antonio area and South-Central Texas region. As a result, they are always accessible to their customers in that area. Because they work in a specific part of town each day, they know the topography and terrain, they know the inspectors working there and they know their customers in the area. If a customer needs to reach their superintendent, they’re usually in the neighborhood.

State-of-the-Art Techniques

We use state-of-the-art construction techniques and materials so that your pool will stand the test of time.

Keith Zars Pools goes far beyond industry standards in our construction techniques and choice of materials. Our pools are constructed using the cantilever structural process, rather than the conventional beam process. Although it is much more labor-intensive, the cantilever technique prevents the pool and surrounding decking from separating over time. We also dig our residential pools to a commercial depth and run our plumbing underneath our pools, rather than around them, which enhances the pool’s water flow.

When customers visit our Design Center, they experience firsthand the full range of design possibilities that Keith Zars Pools provides. Here, customers can choose from an extensive selection of beautiful tile, stone and pool finishes. We invite you to come by and see Texas’ largest outdoor gunite swimming pool display with multiple pools and outdoor summer kitchens each with its own distinctive style. Our Design Center will provide inspiration and creativity to your pool planning process.

Keith Zars Pool Warranty

Keith Zars Pools provides a Standard Swimming Pool Industry Warranty that covers the pool shell for the lifetime of the pool (subject to certain limitations). Our warranty also covers the pool water line tile and coping for the first year. In addition, we provide a three-year manufacturer’s parts warranty on all pumps, filters and heaters.

In addition to the Standard Swimming Pool Industry Warranty, we also offer the Keith Zars Lifestyle Protection Plan, the most comprehensive parts and service warranty in the industry.

The Keith Zars Life Style Protection Plan*

Our Lifestyle Protection Plan (LSPP) is a pool lifestyle warranty that is truly unique in the pool industry. Our Plan ensures your pool is consistently in top operating shape. Most importantly, it prevents small problems from turning into bigger ones. Under the LSPP, we inspect your pool up to three times a year to make sure everything is operating correctly. Each service visit includes a thorough check of all pool components, including pumps, water chemistry, cleaning of skimming and main drain baskets and backwashing your filter system. Our LSPP covers every component of your pool, from the tile and coping, to wear rings and Polaris bags. This level of protection means you can rest assured that your pool will last a lifetime.
